Our neighborhood's elected and dedicated representatives

Our board is comprised of five members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Enforcer

 

President - John Stefanik

The president shall reside at meetings of the Executive Board and of the Association and shall have power that is generally exercised by the president of a Pennsylvania corporation or generally exercised by the chair under recognized parliamentary procedure

Vice President - Mark Zaleski

The vice president shall perform the duties and exercise the power of the president in the absence of the president.

Treasurer - Anthony Sitter

The treasurer shall receive, maintain, invest and expend funds of the Association, pursuant to procedures established by the Executive Board. All funds received by the treasurer shall be deposited promptly in an account in the name of the Association at a bank in Erie County, Pennsylvania, specified by the Executive Board

Secretary - Jan Stork

The secretary shall record and maintain a record of all actions of the Association and of the Executive Board and shall perform all acts generally exercised by the secretary of a Pennsylvania corporation.

Enforcer - Jerry Kunco

The enforcer is responsible for contacting homeowners in violation of Homeowner Association Bylaws.

Grounds Committee

Chaired by Eric Albright

Areas of Responsibility:

• Landscaping, evaluate and make suggestions to the board on improvements.

• Litter control; responsible to keep roads clear of all trash.

• Holiday lights; help to install and tear down holiday displays.

Welcome Committee

Chaired by Susan Thomas Klie and Remle Walczak

Areas of Responsibility:

• Address new neighbors with a small welcome gift and set of rules and events.

• Responsible to help to maintain resident’s names, address, and emails.

• Set up a hospitality table at annual picnic and parties to welcome new neighbors.

Entertainment Committee

• Run, set up, tear down annual picnic and adult party.

• Set up activities for the children.

• Develop new programs to be presented to the board.

IT Committee

Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for the Whispering Woods directory. 

• Help to maintain resident’s names, addresses and emails in Constant Contact program.

• Issue alerts and bulletins using Constant Contact.

• Responsible for quarterly newsletter.

• Maintain and update the Whispering Woods website.
