Our annual Home Owners Association meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd at Whispering Woods Golf Club, starting at 6:00 p.m. 

Following the meeting, we will be hosting a "Happy Hour" until 9:00 p.m., complete with an open bar and appetizers to enjoy.

The 2025 annual dues are $250. There is no longer a discount for early payment.  There is a $100* penalty if paid after August 1, 2025.

Trash pick-up is on Wednesday mornings.  You should place your receptacles out on Tuesday evenings.

We have a community directory and email list.  The directory is password protected (participants are provided the password) and available on the home page of this web site. The email list is used to keep HOA members updated on community matters.

The directory and email list are confidential documents intended only for internal use and will not be shared or sold to any other entities. The WW directory is not to be used for any type of solicitation.  By completing this document, you agree to the above conditions.

There are many mailboxes that are missing doors, numbers and other parts.

All mailboxes must be painted green. No other color is permitted. There is paint available and it is FREE!
